Our client is the leading distributor of catering disposables, food packaging and hygiene products in the UK. As part of a global, FTSE 100 outsourcing and distribution group, they are able to draw on this global expertise in product sourcing.

They are now looking to appoint a 7.5t Driver to become a valued member of their Transport team.

Within the role, you will carry out deliveries on one of their fleet of 7.5t or less vehicles in the Basingstoke area. All scheduled deliveries are to be completed on time, in full on a daily basis, utilising relevant route and planning tools.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the company vehicle allocated is maintained in a roadworthy and clean condition, documenting appropriate checks and reporting any faults immediately.

Candidates for this role will be highly customer focused and show a genuine interest in ensuring the needs of the customer are met. It is essential that you have previous driving and tachograph experience and hold the relevant driving licence. In addition, they also ask that you are CPC qualified and DBS cleared.

Hours of work: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
