Red Star Financial Management is currently recruiting for an experienced administrator with a strong attention to detail to join our credit control / payments department. 

About Us: 
Established in 2009, we have grown year on year and now have 200 employees. With a large call centre our administration team supports all financial services and also offers customer support to our large client base. 


Based in the City Centre of Manchester in new offices over 2 floors Red Star FM is in the heart of Manchester close to public transport links and many restaurants and bars. 


Hours: Mon-Thu: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm (2 of each shift per week) Fri: 9am-4pm or 10am-5pm (2 of each shift per month) NO WEEKEND WORK! 

The role: Credit Control / Payments Administrator 
• Customer service: updating clients in relation to successful claims, confirming total compensation amount and fees owed 
• Lender updates: contacting lenders in relation to client accounts to establish payment to client dates, method of payments, obtain further information re: the successful reclaim 
• Processing ‘win’ letters: updating our internal system with information of a successful claim, payment information, payment schedules etc 
• Payments: taking payments, processing card details, working with accounts department to confirm BACS payments, setting up payment schedules 
• Other ad-hoc administration / customer service work in relation to payments / credit control 

The candidate: 
• Strong administration experience with a keen eye for detail (at least 12 months administration experience) 
• Excellent customer service experience (at least 12 months customer service experience) 
• Credit control / payments experience is highly desirable but not essential
