  Skills and Competency Requirements: -

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Barbering or Hairdressing (Combined Hair Types)
• Must have at least 2-5 years’ experience as Barber.
• Must have wide variety of knowledge in hair cut designs.
• Knowledge and ability to do different haircuts.
• Must know how to gently shave beard using razors and lathers,
• Knowledge in using hair cut equipment such as scissors, trimmers, razors, blowers, and other equipment.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must have food communication skills.
• Can open good conversation with the customer.
