What we need from you

You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect.  You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed.  You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.  You will need to hold a full UK manual driving licence.

The benefits

In return for your passion and commitment, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Paid annual leave
• Pension contribution
• Childcare vouchers
• Access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling and advice service
• Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications
• Access to an online shopping platform with discounts from over 3,500 retailers

Plus the chance to make a positive difference to someone’s life every day - which is the biggest perk of all!
