Customer Advisor, Newcastle

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Customer Advisor in Newcastle to work for the Automobile Association, who are one of the UK’s best known and most trusted brands with an outstanding reputation in a range of fields.

The Role of Customer Advisor
When it comes to keeping customers happy, their Customer Advisors are integral. Expert, honest, and great at building rapport, you’ll make sure AA customers feel cared for - whether calling members to win them back, updating their cover or solving problems when they have a crisis. No matter where they work, the AA are ‘Always On Patrol’, ready to assist members round the clock. Sales performance matters too; you’ll be expected to sell memberships to warm prospects, so people can be sure to benefit from the AA’s unrivalled service.

The Essentials for the role of Customer Advisor
You’ll be expected to work a shift pattern which may include morning, afternoon and evening shifts during the week, as well as 1 in 3 Saturdays every month.
