Operations and Proposition Consultant

SimplyBiz Group has an exciting opportunity for a Operations & Proposition Consultant to join the team based in Huddersfield. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary, pension scheme, life assurance, critical illness, income protection, group bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities as our Operations and Proposition Consultant:

- Support and process Adviser applications for all Workplace solutions.

- Run end-to-end administration of SimplyEnrol & Workplace – on and off-system processes.

- Handle calls relating to the Workplace Solutions propositions including auto enrolment, passing to specialist support where appropriate.

- Process opt-out calls from employees around their pensions, ensuring requests are validated and fulfilled whilst being clear that no advice is given.

- Build knowledge of the SimplyEnrol proposition, the underlying technology, and how this works with Payroll.

- Build knowledge of the Workplace Solutions proposition including Workplace academy.

- As our Operations and Proposition Consultant you will develop and maintain a working knowledge of the relevant workplace legislation and how this works in practice.

- Produce outbound communications to members covering service, proposition and market updates, including event follow-up to maximise engagement and conversion

- Use feedback from members and subscribers to identify opportunities to enhance the Workplace Solutions proposition.

- Work with third party suppliers to deliver our proposition for Members.

- Manage data for SimplyEnrol proposition.

- Provide support with the development of the Workplace proposition.

- Assist with project work as and when required by Workplace Proposition & Operations Manager.

Experience and Qualifications needed to become our Operations and Proposition Consultant:

- Member/Adviser or Customer facing experience – able to coach and support advisers as well as resolve issues.

- Experience of working with pivot tables and v-lookups in excel.

- Direct knowledge of auto enrolment, SimplyEnrol or workplace benefits is not necessary, training will be provided.

- Proposition role or similar experience would be advantageous.
