Estate Agent Negotiator

Enthusiastic sales negotiator or trainee required for market leading, busy local estate agents. Must be willing to learn, dedicated and shows own initiative. Full training provided in all areas of sales and lettings. You will be part of a close knit, dynamic and friendly team and will perform day to day sales and administrative duties. As a local independent estate agent we pride ourselves on our low staff turnover and friendly working environment. We are not afraid to invest in our personnel and property stars.

£16,000 to £20,000 plus commision (uncapped OTE)

The role involves:-

• Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
• Booking property valuations.
• Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers.
• Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
• Working closely with other negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
• Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
• Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Ideally you will already be working as an Estate Agent and have a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.

You must have:-

• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
• A willingness to go the extra mile.
• A full UK driving licence.
