Rollits LLP is a leading commercial law firm with offices in Hull and York.

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Finance and Administration function and anticipate that the role will be most suited
to a Chartered Accountant who has also had commercial experience as a Finance Director.

Director of Finance and Operations

This is a senior role within the firm and is based principally in our new offices in the centre of Hull.

The successful applicant will manage and lead our finance and administration teams and be responsible for all aspects of our finance function including financial strategy, preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and cash flow projections, salaries, credit control, VAT, banking and year end audits and accounts, as well as provision of financial information to Members and financial controls including compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

The role will also include management of the insurance portfolio and other compliance obligations.

You will have the necessary inter-personal skills to manage business support teams and work effectively as part of the firm's management team reporting directly to the Managing Partner and liaising with lawyers and external advisers.
