Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Role:
- Reporting directly to the Engineering manager working on day shifts.
- The successful candidate will be providing an engineering service for breakdown, maintenance and repairing various equipment on site.
- Wage negotiable, dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out routine PPM (planned preventative maintenance) servicing and lubrication on all items of plant.
- Provide a quick breakdown service, both mechanical and electrical for production and site operations.
- Maintain a plant record of all work carried out.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in textiles preferred, but willing to train
- Experience in mechanical and electrical work essential
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety at work
- 17th Addition Qualification
- City & Guilds/HNC in mechanical engineering
- Full UK driving license
