REGISTERED DOMICILIARY / LEARNING DISABILITY CARE MANAGER – NOTTINGHAM

First Class Care prides itself on delivering a premium service to private clients who wish to live independently in their own homes. The majority of the care hours are delivered to self-funded clients.

The business is seeking for a strong operator to take on the Care Manager role to free up the owner / existing Care Manager to focus on developing the business further.

The Package – The successful quality Candidate will Earn;

• £25,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
• 25 days Holidays

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills. Experience of building positive working relationships with people who use services and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals
• Ability to support customers with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgemental and promotes their independence, choices and privacy
• Experience of care services, risk assessment and individual care and support
• Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect
• Good administrative skills and computer literacy
• Experience of managing and developing an effective staff team including recruitment, training, supporting and supervising staff
• Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures
• Ability to make sure policies, procedures and instructions are implemented effectively
• Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a registered manager
• Experience of financial management
