Business Development Manager
THE ROLE: A position has become available, for someone with experience in Freight Sales to build market position for the freight department by locating, developing, and defining, negotiating
and closing business relationships.
THE COMPANY: Our client is a privately owned supply-chain services company, based at Magna Park, Lutterworth. They specialise in global freight forwarding and warehouse and distribution services, providing bespoke solutions for many distinguished brands and retailers.
ACCOUNTABILTIES: The ideal candidate with be able to identify targets by researching the industry; explore all opportunities relevant to the industry and potential clients; able to analyse market strategies and enhance organisation reputation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong field sales experience
- Track record for selling in the Freight and Warehouse Industry
- Motivated with a strong eye for detail
- Target Driven
- Excellent communications skills
- Marketing Knowledge of the Industry
- Self-motivator with the ability to manage time effectively
