Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk
We are looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk to join our team.
The position is full-time, 09.00 To 17.00, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will need to have a good knowledge of Sage Line 50 and a sound knowledge of PAYE rules. Responsibilities include payroll, credit control, invoice posting, accounts preparation to trial balance, reconciliation of control accounts, preparation of VAT returns, the filing of annual returns and the timely production of monthly management accounts.
AAT or ICB qualification would be desirable, but the lack of qualifications would not exclude the right applicant. Must be confident with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. This is a varied position in a growing and busy pet food company and therefore the need for flexibility is paramount. Welsh language would be of an advantage.
Own transport would be essential due to rural location
