Full Time: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm
Part Time: Monday - Friday 17:30pm - 20:00pm; Saturday and/or Sunday 09:00am- 16:00pm

As their Customer Service Advisor they don't just invest in you, they will provide you with all the latest technology, support and knowledge to help you maintain and deliver excellent service to their customers.

They are currently looking for a number of advisors to join several teams within their business - The first notification of loss reporting team, the recoveries team; the claims investigation team and the vehicle hire team.

- If you have the passion, drive and ambition to make a difference and have the following skills, experience and attributes this could be the role for you:
- Must have exceptional communication skills, previous experience of handing high telephone call volumes is essential.
- Must have experience of working within a faced paced environment, such as a contact centre would be desirable however not essential.
- Working within a Motor Claims/Insurance Industry is desirable however not essential.
- Must be capable of gathering, organising and managing information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a Driver or currently learning to drive.
- Must be proficient with PC skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task & deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously.
- Team working and working to tight deadlines.
