JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive

SALARY & BENEFITS: £25,000 basic + Excellent bonus & commission – Company Car – Laptop & Mobile Phone – Pension – Expenses

WORKING HOURS: Full time – Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: We are pleased to be working on behalf of our well established client. Based in the Liverpool area, they are privately owned and boast an impressive range of Tile adhesive, DIY & decorating sundries. Due to the continued success of the business, we are now looking to help recruit a Field Sales Executive to cover the Manchester & Lancashire area.

THE ROLE: We are seeking talented Field Sales Executive to look after a geographical patch advising and selling Tile adhesive & DIY products solutions to a range of local & national businesses. You will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities to include:-

• Developing a firm business relationship with customers in your territory

• Generating new business

• Working to, and exceeding sales targets

• Identifying the best opportunities to enhance a customer’s experience

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will hold experience with tiles, adhesive, DIY or building merchants, although this is not essential. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be required to be focused, driven and pro-active. If this sounds like you, then we would welcome your application.

Key experience essential for the role:

• Previous field sales experience – minimum of two years

• Candidates must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to cover the Manchester area

• Resilience – candidates must be resilient and determined to succeed

• Strong communication skills – Verbal & written
