The Lowry Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Ticket Sales Agent to join the team based in Manchester. You will be on a part time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £6,073.60 per annum plus staff benefits.
The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
As a Ticket Sales Agent you will be responsible for selling tickets to individuals, groups and education groups mainly over the phone for events all over the UK. On occasion you will also sell tickets face to face at The Lowry box office counter and off site at mobile box offices as required.
As our Ticket Sales Agent you will have strong communication and customer care skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise effectively. Experience of working in an arts venue, ticketing environment or call centre is desirable.
