About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Enabling Functions team to work in Newcastle Upon Tyne.



What you'll be doing


As a HR Administrator, you will be:


  • Entering data into the HR systems and any other recording systems, ensuring this is up to date and the data entered is accurate whilst maintaining relevant documentation and filing systems, whether electronic or manual.
  • Administering HR transactions and documentation (such as amendments to contracts of employment, changes to personal details and absence information) and provide data and reports as requested.
  • Managing Service Requests via the Oracle CRM on Demand system.
  • Preparing and manages administration for third party providers as appropriate.
  • Closely liaising with payroll to administer payments.

Who we're looking for


You will have/ be:


  • Excellent HR administration experience - ideally within a Shared Service Centre
  • Excellent knowledge of HR Administration processes
  • The skills to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • A flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of successfully prioritising work and managing time effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to record information accurately
  • Customer service focused attitude
