Sales Consultant

Beaverbrooks are looking for sales driven and engaging Sales Consultants with exceptional customer service skills to join our family on a full time basis for our brand new store opening at Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford. We offer an excellent starting salary of £8.58 an hour (equivalent to £17,861 annually) with on target earnings of £18,762, along with amazing incentives and benefits which includes a structured training programme.

The successful Sales Consultants will be joining an award winning, family owned luxury jewellers with over 67 stores nationwide. As a Sales Consultant you will absolutely represent our brand and vision by delivering an enthusiastic and friendly service which creates a wonderful experience for every customer, every time. Whether it’s an engagement, wedding, christening or personal gift you will support our customers in finding the right product by engaging with them to understand their needs and recommending the right products. Selling is an important aspect of the role and to succeed you must be prepared to be accountable for your results, and have a keen desire to develop to do this.

The key accountabilities of our Sales Consultants include:

• A complete commitment to service and ensuring all customers feel welcome
• Confidently approach and build rapport with your customers to identify their needs and sell the right product in line with our values
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Use our key KPI’s to monitor and develop personal performance
• Supporting the visual merchandising standards of the store

We are drawn to Sales Consultants who hardworking and passionate about people and delivering excellent service, strong communicators and have the ability to build rapport quickly. The successful person will get on well with others and enjoy being part of a team whilst also having selling skills and evidence of achieving KPI’s and targets.

Previous experience in the Jewellery industry is not essential as we will commit to providing you with all the support you need to be successful including an initial 3 day training event and a structured 12 month learning programme to help you become an expert in our fine jewellery and watch brands.
