IT Support Technician
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £18000 - £22000 per annum + Benefits
My client is a leading retail / ecommerce business and due to expansion is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician based in their offices in Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity and will see the successful IT Support Technician working across a variety of technologies and project based work.
Your role as an IT Support Technician will be to provide 1st line and some 2nd line support across the organisation. You shall be involved in resolving support requests as well as I.T service delivery.
In terms of the working environment, the infrastructure consists of:
* Windows Server 2012
* Hyper V
* Office 2010-2016
* Sharepoint
* Active Directory
* iPad, iPhone
* Amazon web services
* General hardware / audio visual
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate individual looking to take their career to the next level. There will be plenty of project work involved, and no day is going to be the same. You shall be working closely with the IT Manager, and so the position offers the successful IT Support Technician with the opportunity to learn new skills from an experienced Engineer.
