Working 5.5 days per week plus weekends are on a rota basis

To be successful in Sales you will need to be able to use your social skills to build customer relationships in order to achieve stretching but achievable targets in a process-driven environment, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for which you will be well-rewarded.

Our client is currently looking for a New Car Sales Advisor at our Leicester branch, who will be selling vehicles, accessories and finance. You will present and demonstrate suitable vehicles, negotiating to a successful close of sale.

The successful candidate will strive for perfection, with the ability to follow processes and passionate in what you do. You will be confident, with a can do attitude, achieving goals and meeting agreed targets.
