Part Time – Variable shifts Monday to Friday between 3pm & 8pm, 6pm & 10pm including rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts. Minimum 20 hours/ Maximum 35 hours.

Working in our Pay as you Go General enquires team, you will need strong communication and listening skills to enable you to understand the customers needs and providing the best service to support them whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels. You should be resilient with the ability to stay calm even when working under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to customer problems whilst adhering to operational processes and industry regulations.

We'd like to hear from you if you have previous customer service experience whether in a call centre or face to face and are proud to make a difference. Whilst previous Call Centre experience isn't essential, a background of working towards targets would be an advantage. You need to be confident working with numbers and comfortable using multiple software applications in parallel within this fast-paced environment.

You will benefit from 6 weeks classroom training between 6pm – 10pm and ongoing coaching and support once you have left training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to support your customers fully. Our site in Cardiff Gate Business Park has extremely limited parking therefore parking will only be available to staff whose shifts finish after 8pm and on weekends. We promote car sharing and there is an excellent Park and Ride available which brings you to the business park.
