The Open University has been transforming lives since 1969 by opening up higher education to all sections of the community.

We are seeking six highly motivated and versatile individuals to join our Learner Support team. As core members of the team you will provide, both routine and complex information and advice, primarily by telephone and e-mail, to enquirers and students on enrolment and all aspects of studying with the Open University, whilst maintaining accurate details of transactions using the University customer database.

As a strong team player you will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate competence in explaining procedures and regulations and be comfortable with digital technologies with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will have well developed customer service skills and evidence of experience in an educational based or customer focussed environment is required.
