Come Join our Thriving team here at Lookers, Based within our Business Development center close to Newcastle quayside This position will have supervisory responsibility alongside training & development of call teams. Reporting into the BDC manager your duties will include achieving business plan targets whilst utilizing your skills of being a motivator, coach, organiser and a good communicator it will be your responsibility to review performance, provide feedback and coach the Agents. You will be accountable of ensuring that the Advisors are able to reach the targets set for them and that they develop the necessary skills and competencies.

The successful candidate will manage a team of 15-20 Aftersales advisors working closely with internal and external customers, group managers and team members. They should have strong communication skills, have sound values, and be very well organised. A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience; although knowledge of the motor trade and/or call center is not essential as full training will be provided. Full time role of (37.5 per week on a fixed shift pattern) and our hours of work are between 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am- 6.30 on Friday. (shift patterns 8am - 4.30, 10am-6.30 or 11.30 -8pm)
