More about the role

A fantastic Operations Analyst role based in Manchester City Centre.  The basic salary for the role is £25-30k, dependent on experience.  We offer study support for CIMA and a defined career path; 80% of our analysts have been promoted internally!

The role is part of the Commercial Operations Team who have a varied remit from dialler and analytics, to finance and operations.  The team is involved in the reporting and analysis of business/financial performance and implementing operational change, at the same time as ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.

Operations is a constantly changing environment, which is why the team put testing and learning at the heart of everything they do. We give our employees the autonomy to try new things, if they don’t work, at least we can say we tried.

Here's what you can expect to be doing

- Reviewing and reporting on P&L/operational performance

- Understanding and interpreting the commercials across the business

- Working closely with Sales Managers to improve operational performance

- Preparing cost benefit analysis for potential projects and opportunities

- Quick decision making in a fast paced, constantly evolving working environment

A few things about you

- 2-3 years’ experience within a commercial role

- Willingness to study towards CIMA (study support offered)

- Highly numerate and logical

- Educated to graduate level

- GCSE English & Maths A – C

- Attention to detail

- Results driven and ambitious

- Excellent IT skills including advanced use of Excel

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Proactive approach and needs to embrace the company values
