The candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced volume conveyancer with an ability to deal with an approximate caseload of between 80-90 cases. You will have demonstrable understanding and experience of the conveyancing process, leasehold and freehold, and be an effective communicator who is comfortable working as part of a team and building rapport with new and existing customers.

Essential skills & experience

We want to hear from people who:

  • Have experience of volume conveyancing (80-90 files);
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process - dealing with leasehold and freehold transactions;
  • The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, or at least have a desire to learn about new and innovative technology;
  • Be a natural communicator and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Have a good understanding and practical experience of using case management systems (SolCase / VisualFiles);
  • Self-disciplined - someone who can work independently to achieve individual targets, but show a determination to help their team hit achievable internal SLAs;
  • CLC / qualified solicitor desirable but by no means essential
