Supply Chain Administrator

Reports to: Supply Chain Administrator

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator in Bala, North Wales and is the largest independent manufacturer of private label cupcakes in the UK.  Are you the right person to join the team and make a difference?

In recent years our client has experienced sustained growth, allowing them to invest back into the company. With a dash of ambition and a sprinkle of pride they will endeavour to always grow, develop and improve.

A typical day would include :

Keeping order book up to date

Processing orders through system

Checking despatch paperwork for accuracy

Interrogation of stock at depots

Creating and issuing service level reports

Attending 10am when I’m off

Organising transport with hauliers

Managing short stock issues with commercial and customers

Processing invoices when Brian J is off

And occasionally we will ask you to:

cover the warehouse admin when supervisors are off,

participate in stock counts.

generate purchase orders for approval.

chase deliveries.

book in deliveries.

police the warehouse supervisors to ensure admin is being carried out.

Our ideal candidate (he or she) would be confident, self motivated, able to solve problems (with support where needed) - have IT skills (excel would be essential, not to an expert level but above a basic level) and good communication skills,

Salary range 16 – 20K

20 holidays per year plus bank holidays
