We have exciting opportunities for experienced residential youth workers to join our successful team.

Candidates will be supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning difficulties and complex needs, in residential settings.

We can offer competitive rates of pay including a realistic opportunity to earn £700 per week for full-time staff. We also offer weekly pay, free specialist training (including BILD accredited courses) worth over £750, flexible working, day or night shifts and the opportunity to undertake a care qualification, free of charge.

We can offer guaranteed full and part time hours and we are also interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for weekend only care work.

Candidates must have paid care experience and be flexible and reliable. We require drivers and candidates must be willing to travel. Those who already possess a level 3 NVQ / QCF in children and young people will have an advantage.

This role is subject to full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure. The cost of this is £56.50 which will be met by the applicant, but we also accept portable, enhanced DBS certificates.

As soon as pre employment checks and training are complete, which will take no longer than two weeks, immediate work is available. Please note that the majority of our temporary workers are offered permanent positions with our care providers within the first three months of employment.
