JR Personnel are an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator who has excellent skills in administration, communication, organisation and project coordination to play a key role in a client management team.
Role profile:
- First point of contact for the clients, internal departments and suppliers
- Progress chase for projects, quotations, purchase orders & deliveries on behalf of the client team
- Provide detailed project updates and reports to the team for discussion with the client
- Daily liaison with internal departments and transport to provide accurate and up to date information to the client team
- General administration tasks including diary management, preparing quotations and responding to emails
Person profile:
- Able to work well under pressure and show initiative
- First class attention to detail
- Self-motivated, and able to multi task on a daily basis
- Action orientated, with an attitude to get things down, bringing a ‘can do' approach to work
Essential criteria:
- Very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previously worked in a fast paced sales administration role
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Must be a team player who can work alongside the wider team to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.
Desired criteria:
- Experience of working within the manufacturing/supply chain sectors
