Human Resources (HR) Officer - Permanent

£18,130 - £22,714 per annum

This ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, is looking to recruit a HR Officer to support the HR function. Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Officer will provide an effective HR administrative and advice service to approximately 230 staff across the College in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, have a flexible approach to work and possess strong organisational, communication and administrative skills. Applicants should have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.  A keen interest in HR is required along with previous experience of working in a busy HR department.  Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
