Student Services Leader - Post 16
Hours of Work: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time Only
Salary: Grade 8, Points 26 to 30, £19,694 to £22,576
Bluecoat Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Student Services Leader to join our successful Post 16 Team in delivering an exceptional education to the students that we serve. We are a highly successful Trust, with an expanding number of academies covering the ages of 3-19 and operating across a growing number of campuses.
The growth and development of our Multi-Academy Trust makes this an excellent opportunity to join us, as we seek to serve a growing number of young people across the region.
This role would suit individuals with previous experience of working with young people in an educational setting.
The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with students, staff and outside agencies successfully. They will need to evidence their ability to quickly establish good relationships with students and work in an organised manner.
