About The Role:

Property Sales Consultant Up to £285,000 OTE per annum
Property Leasing Consultant Up to £60,000 OTE per annum

As a Property Sales or Leasing Consultant your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Generating new instructions by way of outbound cold/warm calling
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations with homeowner/landlord
• Photographing apartments/villas ready for advertising

Candidate Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Experienced in target driven environments
• Advantageous to have had at least 2 year's estate agency experience, but not essential.
• To be financially independent to make the move to a new country.
• Cold/warm call calling experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Drive and determination
• A team player but also capable to work independently
• Money motivated

You will have to be a hard-working, self-motivated individual.
