Senior Site Manager

Interaction Recruitment currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work on a prestigious residential development.



If you have previous experience working on large volume residential projects and would like to join a multi award winning house builder with an opportunity for you to develop your career then this is the role for you.



You must have specific experience within the housing sector working for one of the major developers in the industry and be consistent within your career progression.



As Senior Site Manager you be responsible for taking total control of an award winning project and talented team working on a residential development through to completion. You will be working on the second phase of a prestigious project, which will include 80 timber framed houses.



· You will have several years' experience as a Senior Site Manager, working on large volume new build projects for a major developer.



· Be based in and around Coventry area



· Have a structured career history



· Be a long term team player



This position requires someone who is a extremely motivated and experienced manager. On offer is a basic salary starting from £55k + an excellent benefits package, including car allowance, medical cover and pension.
