Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: This is a home based field sales role in a target focused environment.

Salary: Basic salary up to £30K (realistic OTE of £45K) + Attractive Commission scheme

You will be tasked to develop relationships with commercial finance brokers, financial advisors, corporate partners, accountants and other similar introducers that can connect businesses in need of funding with our Quick Capital product.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Make and develop contacts using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, referrals, networking and delivering presentations etc)
  • Develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate introducer needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Requirements:
  • Proven sales and account management experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
