X1 Lettings are currently seeking summer staff in our Liverpool Branch. 

This is a temporary role between 4th July - 16th September 2016. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm, the occasional Saturday may be required. The salary is £16,000 per annum pro rata. Due to the tight turn around, no more than 4 days holiday can be taken during this period (no more than 2 days to be taken consecutively) 

The summer turn around at X1 Lettings is highly pressurised due to the short timescales in which we need to organise and conduct the necessary works. 

At X1, we ensure that every room is pristine for the September intake of students. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will be expected to contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be part of the face of X1 and will be expected to be friendly, helpful and professional at all times. 

By joining our team you will be contributing to X1s excellent customer service and helping to guarantee every September 2016 tenant is delighted with his or her room when they arrive. 

Each of our student blocks are looked after by an Account Manager, you be working in pairs alongside the account manager and your primary roles will be to - 

> Book in key handovers 
> Conduct room inspections and document findings (photographs and signed understanding agreements) 
>Take possession back for room keys 
> Return deposits 
> Snag the communal parts of the building and record/instruct maintenance required. Ensure that all maintenance is completed to a satisfactory standard. 
> Co-ordinate with the maintenance team to repair and put rooms/communal areas back to the correct standard. 
> Liaise with the cleaning company to ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard and ensure the cleaning of the rooms are on track. 

During this period, you will be given guidance by the account manager and will have a summer user guide to follow. Candidates are expected to be proactive, very organised and hard working, at the end of each week you will be required to provide a progress report to the account manager.
