Armac Martin are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing vibrant business, with the ideal candidate expected to have high organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, must be detail orientated and able to prioritise their own workload.

Candidate Specification:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in sales. Good computing skills with the ability to construct professional emails essential. 

The role will involve a lot of multi-tasking in a busy sales office.

The candidate will be expected to communicate well with colleagues, enabling them to work closely within a small team. Good people skills are essential, to join a relaxed working environment, whilst bringing a ‘can do and professional’ approach to the role.

A administrative or sales background is preferred. 

Roles:

Processing a high volume of product orders.

Processing invoices for all sales transactions

Taking phone calls from customers.

Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Armac Martin are a long standing manufacturer of luxury cabinet hardware fittings based just outside Birmingham city centre, overlooking Duddeston train line. The business has been trading for close to 100 years, and is currently undergoing a steady growth period following a rebrand in 2012.
