Ecommerce Assistant - Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining the website and various other online platforms.
• Updating website content, product information, promotions, etc. via Content Management System.
• Assisting in Creating banners for websites, online platforms and other marketing materials.
• Working with the buying team to ensure correct merchandising of products.
• Maintain categories and be responsible for co- ordinating photography.
• Assisting and creating and managing email campaigns to a fixed schedule.
• Posting content and scheduling posts across various social media channels.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Weekly reporting.

Ecommerce Assistant - Skills and experience required:

• Ideally two years' experience in a similar role, within a retail or wholesale fashion environment.
• Experience in updating web and mobile content using Content Management Systems.
• Experience working across various digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics would be advantageous.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Manage multiple updates, projects and challenges to meet deadlines.
• Able to multi task and prioritise busy workload.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ecommerce Assistant – Fashion
Location: Manchester
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per Annum
