We are a relaxed, fun and friendly Company based in the heart of the West End, with offices on lively Carnaby Street which is fantastic for transport links, shopping and restaurants.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30 - 5.30

 

Description

We assign each client a named Account Manager who acts as the primary point of contact for existing clients and incoming sales. Working alongside existing Account Managers and Technical staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing excellent customer relationships, and enhancing their interactions with Kapow. You will be dealing with all aspects from product advice, administration and customer support including Technical issues.

 

Responsibilities

- Handle every day queries from your clients, including; orders, billing, new service set-up and trouble shooting

- Monitor and resolve client issues liaising with Technical, Accounts or Sales colleagues

- Use excellent questioning skills to match appropriate benefits and services to customers needs

- Co-ordinate with Technical colleagues to set up products

- Occasionally you will be required to complete Tender documents and accompany Sales/Technical staff to client meetings

Minimum qualification

English and Maths GCSE at grades C or higher.

2 years+ office experience within a business to business customer support/sales position is desired but not compulsory.
