Inglewood Engineering provides specialist electrical engineering compliance services to sites across the UK.
We are looking to recruit Assistant Engineers to support their long term contracts. This role involves the completion of electrical equipment inspection projects at a variety of sites across the UK and occasional work overseas. Client sites include power stations, pharmaceutical sites, petroleum industries. Typical site projects range from one day on site up to several weeks. Their Inspectors then complete the inspection compliance documentation and associated reports at their Macclesfield office. We also support sites with remedial electrical design packages, area classification drawings and safety instrumented system services.
This Assistant Engineer post is ideal for those embarking on a career in engineering and will provide hands-on experience at sites across the UK with plenty of opportunities for career progression.
Assistant Engineer skills & experience:
UK driving license required.
Full training will be provided but any of the following would be an advantage:
- Electrical engineering qualifications and site experience
- Electrical inspection and testing qualifications and experience
- CAD experience
