Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organisation, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the running of an established Construction Company

You will be involved in all contract activities related to estimating, procurement, cost advice, preparation and agreement of accounts, liaison with the client design team and the delivery of projects

The effective implementation and regular review of Health and Safety plans

Reviewing and signing off of method statements and risk assessments

Requirements

• Proven working experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
