Project Manager / Programme Manager

A Project Manager/Programme manager is required to join an innovative and exciting technology company based in Manchester. Their mission is to help businesses reduce their application and integration development cycle times by using a new approach to writing software.

They have developed an auto coding platform within which they use a domain specific language to describe an application, the platform is then used to compile standard (i.e. C#, SQL, NodeJS) code for Integrations, Applications and Web and Mobile Apps.

They both deploy their platform for use by their clients (Blue Chip Consulting, Accounting and Financial Services companies) and use it themselves to provide fast paced solutions for these clients. They require a PM/Head of Projects to manage these projects with their clients.

- The candidate will need at least 3 years of Project Management Experience in a client facing environment.
- The individual will be hard-working, dedicated, with an attention to detail and a relentless approach to project success.
- They will have experience of Agile projects but also have worked within a Prince 2 Methodology.
- They will have experience of switching between big and small projects and managing appropriate process on both.
- They will have a good technical understanding of the projects they are involved in and may have a technical background.
- They will be experienced in managing teams which include architects, designers and developers.
- They will expect to manage daily, weekly and monthly reports and reporting systems for internal and external audiences.
