We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing receptionist to work within our vehicle paint and body centre in Liverpool.
The Role:
Being one of the first points of contact for every one of our customers makes this one of the most demanding and important roles in our business. You'll need to be someone with a warm, charismatic personality. You'll be well presented, and will deliver an outstanding, consistent, customer experience every time, from the first customer in the morning, to the last customer at night. Whether on a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon, you will deliver the same, fantastic, service every time!
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a 'can do' attitude
- Be able to give the very best customer service
- Have experience in a customer service environment
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation
- Be computer literate
- Have a good telephone manner
