Administrator

Due to continued growth, another fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scheme Administrator to join one of the top employee benefit providers in the UK.

They are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person to join their fast growing, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking inbound calls from customers/clients and providing assistance with their queries
- Dealing with email queries from their customers and providing assistance in a timely manner.
- Managing a number of salary sacrifice schemes which include cycle to work/childcare/holiday trading (among others) and assisting with
- Client Set Up
- Launching their benefit schemes
- Helping with marketing
- Advising both customers/clients how the schemes work
- Raising invoices

(Full support and training will be given - salary starts at £15,000)

Skills and Experience:

- You will have excellent administration & communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Word/Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a similar customer service/administration role would be preferable but not essential
- GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths
