As part of a dynamic team your experience, skills and abilities will contribute to improving the lives of young people and adults, some of whom are in transition from out of area placements

We need reliable and passionate people to join our close-knit team of Support Workers, supporting people out in the community, as well in their own homes. In addition to helping with day to day tasks you will be supporting people with their emotional and mental health, exploring new and existing hobbies and activities, and facilitate friendships and community connections. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you like being out and about, animals, computer games, gardening, or are into sports and exercise.
What we need from you
You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
Experience in autism, learning disability, mental health, and/or transition work is desirable. We also welcome applicants that have experience in youth work or in forensics.
