Health and Safety Desktop Auditor

Job Elements: -

• The role of auditor is critical as it represents the main point of contact to our clients customers ensuring they have the necessary support and guidance to achieve the accreditation first time around
• Undertake desk based Health & Safety audits of contractors
• Working within a target based environment, meet productivity targets and KPIs
• Proactively liaise with and support contractors to ensure they have the best opportunity to complete their applications right first time
• Provide clear feedback on non-conformances in order that the contractor understands the key improvement areas to enable accreditation
• Share best practice to assist in the continuous improvement of the processes and systems

The ideal candidate will have:

• Trained to NEBOSH General or higher
• Membership of a professional body i.e. TechIOSH compulsory
• Have proven detailed knowledge of current health and safety legislation / industry best practice
• You must have 2 years’ experience in the health and safety field and the construction Industry
• Full working knowledge of the CDM regulations
