Taking women’s mental health in a whole new direction

We have support worker positions available based in Salford, Manchester

Occupational qualification under the Equality Act 2010

• £16,531.74 pa • 37.5 hrs pw as part of rota including days, waking nights & weekends

Working as part of a team, you’ll help to provide a range of support services to women who have been recently discharged from secure services and help ensure that service users are empowered wherever possible to make decisions and take control over their lives. A commitment towards promoting independence and social inclusion is essential. Experience of working with women in a supported housing or community mental health setting is desirable. QCF/NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or the commitment to work towards it would be an advantage.

Our service users request that applicants are easy to talk to, listen well, enjoy cooking and going to the gym and non-judgemental.
