Job Title: Chef (Part time & relief)
Location: Wallsend, Whitley Bay & Gosforth
Salary: £8.80 per hour increasing to £9.00 after probation.
Closing Date: 21st June 2016
We currently have an opportunity for a part time Chef at our new specialist dementia care facility in Wallsend. We are also looking for a relief Chef for our homes in Whitley Bay, Wallsend and Gosforth.
You must be passionate about food with a flexible approach to ensure people enjoy positive mealtime experiences. You will provide a balanced and nutritious diet, through a series of flexible menus, prepared and cooked to a high quality, suitable to the needs of residents living in the home. You will also need to use your initiative and imagination to create dishes to maximise the use of stock and the changing requests of the people living at the home.
A Disclosure Barring Service check will be required.
