The Company:
Our client is a UK Manufacturer, very well established on the European market

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support the Sales team in order to develop the growth of the business on the French market

The Role:
- To maintain strong relationship with existing and new distributors
- To deal with Customers enquiries on a daily basis
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- To ensure the right pricing for products
- To provide accurate information regarding products
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word...)
- Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment
