Accounts Assistant
Full time or can be flexible dependent on candidate
Meets National min wage.
Based in Skewen Neath
Hours Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Purpose:

  • Assist and advice clients with their query and pay invoices to companies deadlines.
  • To work alongside advisers, the compliance and administration team and Managers.
  • Maintaining professional and ethical standards in accordance with regulatory principles for business.
  • To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication
  • To record all invoices and bank reconciliations accurately
  • To ensure outgoing communications are dealt with promptly.
  • To maintain a collected composure under pressure
  • To effectively operate and maintain all required record systems.
  • To ensure all information taken and documented is 100% accurate with a date and time of communication recorded.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

  • To be impeccable in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • To be capable of conversing with people in a lucid and pleasant manner.
  • To be available for training as and when required by the business.
  • To pass all FCA exams that are required in your role to ensure you are compliant.
  • To have some accounts experience
  • To have excellent numeracy skills
  • To have excellent Microsoft computers package experience
