HVAC Hygiene Cleaning Operative is required to join our well-established and rapidly expanding client. They are a well-established building compliance company based in the North East.

Kitchen Extract/ HVAC Hygiene Cleaning Operative

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our new division within a fast growing company. We are totally independent and work closely with clients both large and small throughout the UK and Ireland to provide the highest quality of work.

Role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

• Duct Hygiene Cleaning (DW/144),
• Kitchen extract Cleaning (TR19) (Training available),
• Fitting access panels, changing filters,
• Adhering to health and safety and best practice methods,
• Driving, general housekeeping,
• Liaising with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.   

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, technically minded operative who is trustworthy, a strong communicator and very flexible as the majority of the services we provide take place 'out of hours' and working weeks may vary with start and finish times, with some of the work possibly being throughout the UK and Ireland.

You must be driven and keen to prove yourself as this will be a challenging role. There will be continuous training opportunities for your own personal development.

Desired Experience

Duct Hygiene Cleaning (DW/144), Kitchen extract Cleaning (TR19), Nightshift/ Out of hours work, supervisory experience, working away, HVAC, Ductwork, industrial cleaning.

Desired Qualifications/ skills:

Driving Licence, TR19 Trained, CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness, Health & Safety, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, SC Cleared, CRB Check, COSHH, TM44, Fire Safety, 17^th Edition Electrical, HVAC, Ductwork, Working at Height, Risk Assessment/ Method Statements.
