Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising a Chief Executive on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Llandudno Junction.

The Chief Executive is responsible to the Group Board for delivering effective leadership to the organisation and its people, ensuring a stable business and financial platform to enable continued success and sustainable growth.

Working closely with the Chair and Group Board to determine business direction and strategy, the Chief Executive will lead and manage delivery of the Business Plan including its vision, values and strategic objectives.

The Chief Executive will promote and develop NWH as a business that is committed to excellence and sustainability through local investment of resources in its communities and places, aspiring to add value by delivering with integrity, responsibility and creativity.

Mae'r Prif Weithredwr yn atebol i’r Bwrdd Grŵp am gyflenwi arweinyddiaeth effeithiol i'r sefydliad a'i bobl, gan sicrhau busnes sefydlog a llwyfan ariannol i alluogi llwyddiant parhaus a thwf cynaliadwy.

Gan weithio'n agos gyda'r Cadeirydd a’r Bwrdd Grŵp i bennu cyfeiriad a strategaeth y busnes, bydd y Prif Weithredwr yn arwain a rheoli cyflenwi’r Cynllun Busnes gan gynnwys ei weledigaeth, gwerthoedd ac amcanion strategol.

Bydd y Prif Weithredwr yn hyrwyddo a datblygu TGC fel busnes sydd wedi ymrwymo i ragoriaeth a chynaliadwyedd trwy fuddsoddi adnoddau’n lleol yn ei gymunedau a’i leoedd, gan anelu at ychwanegu gwerth trwy gyflenwi gydag integriti, cyfrifoldeb a chreadigrwydd.
