This digital agency works with brands to design and develop iPhone and Android apps for the Phone, TV, and Watch along with bespoke websites. Their team of designers and developers in Manchester push the boundaries of what's possible because they believe in the value of positive change to challenge, inspire and deliver dreams.

They have expanded since 2014 to now having 16 staff and creating immersive app development and design projects for clients across the globe.

A new position within their company has been created, and they are looking for a super-bright Business Development Manager to join their team. You'll need a deep understanding of how to give great service, resulting in the company creating beautifully crafted work, for new and existing clients, and a fantastic command of spoken and written English is essential.

Your day to day role will involve building relationships with existing clients and prospective clients who have contacted them. Although you don't need to be mega-technical, you'll have support to help you learn quickly about the amazing potential of smartphones and wearables to transform their clients' businesses.

This is about sales through fantastic service, and hard-selling is exactly the opposite of what they are looking for. They offer amazing products and services, so all you need to do is find out what their clients need and want, show them what they can do to help them, and the rest is easy.

Role responsibilities:

- Servicing existing client relationships
- Responding to inbound enquiries
- Achieve monthly KPIs through giving a top quality service

Personal Qualities

Necessary:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about achieving sales through service and relationship management
- Friendly, confident and empathetic
- Excellent people skills
- One full year plus sales experience.

Preferred:

- Creative approach to maximising new business opportunities
